The scientific institute AtlantNIRO is one of four Russian institutes working in the field of research of fish resources and advanced technologies of fish processing. Every second year the institute organizes prominent conference with presence of both representatives of state authorities of Russia and leading representatives of fishing and processing industries.

The conference takes place in Kaliningrad, September 6-9, 2011. The name of the conference is “Production of fish products: problems, new technologies, quality”. PERUZA is invited to give a speech about actual tendencies of the fish processing technologies for the second consecutive time. Mr.Roberts Dlohi, member of the Board and Mr. Oleg Grauberg, expert fish processing technologist.
